I know this road from the inside.
I’m Tony Skulicz, founder of The Grieving Caregiver, caregiver and grief navigator.
For five years, I cared for my mother while working full-time. I coordinated appointments and medications, handled daily needs, and made healthcare decisions. I know how much love caregiving can hold—and how much it can ask of you.
My work draws on more than a decade in health information and family advocacy. I offer practical education and a compassionate place to be understood, whether you’re caring now or finding your way after loss.

Let’s make room for the caregiver’s story.
Workshops help current and former caregivers feel seen, heard, and less alone. They give organizations a thoughtful way to talk about grief that can begin before a goodbye and continue after caregiving changes.
